Agreement
glotworld is a German-learning story game operated by SGK Consulting. By playing or buying access you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Free play and accounts
You need a free account to play. Sign up with your email address and a password, or with Google, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Free play time is limited, and you can restart the game for more free time, which clears your game progress but keeps your account and any purchase.
What you can buy
Paid access removes the play-time limit. Three plans exist: a monthly subscription at €2.99 per month, a yearly subscription (where offered), and lifetime access for a single payment of €29.99. Prices are in euros and include applicable tax. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which sells the product to you, collects tax and issues your receipt.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time inside the game: open your account, choose the billing portal and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and never renews.

Acceptable use
Please do not cheat the access system, attack or overload the service, scrape lesson content, share or resell your account, harass other players, or use offensive display names. We may suspend accounts that do, and we will explain why if you write to us.
Our content
The story, characters, artwork, audio, lessons and software of glotworld belong to us or our licensors. You may play and learn from them for personal use, but not copy or redistribute them.
What to expect from the learning
glotworld is a practice game. It offers reading, listening and short written practice at levels A1 to B1. It does not assess speaking and does not award a language certificate or guarantee a level of fluency.
Availability and liability
We work to keep glotworld running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions are welcome.
