The idea
A Stammtisch is a regular meeting of a group, traditionally at a reserved table in a pub or Gasthaus, sometimes marked with a small sign. Classic Stammtische were circles of local regulars; today there are also language exchange, expat, hobby and professional Stammtische, often organised online and open to newcomers. How open a group is, and whether you announce yourself, depends entirely on the group. Grammar: “bei eurem Stammtisch” uses bei with the dative; the modal “kann” sends the separable verb “dazukommen” to the end in one piece.
Other ways to say it
“Darf ich nächste Woche mal bei euch vorbeischauen?” – Casual; “vorbeischauen” suggests a short, informal visit.
“Ist der Stammtisch auch für Leute offen, die neu in der Stadt sind?” – Neutral; useful for open groups such as language or expat meetups.
“Wann und wo trefft ihr euch normalerweise?” – Practical follow-up question about time and place.
Examples
- Kann ich bei eurem Stammtisch einmal dazukommen? Can I join your regular gathering once?
- Ja, unsere Runde ist für neue Personen offen.Yes, our group is open to new people.
- Muss ich mich vorher irgendwo anmelden?Do I need to register somewhere beforehand?
- Für unsere Runde reicht eine kurze Nachricht. For our group, a brief message is enough.
- Dann weiß ich, wie es bei euch konkret abläuft. Then I know how it works specifically with your group.
- Andere Gruppen können das durchaus anders organisieren.Other groups may organize it differently.

Watch out
“Muss ich vorher irgendwo anmelden?” → “Muss ich mich vorher irgendwo anmelden?”: “Sich anmelden” (to register yourself) is reflexive. English “register” needs no pronoun, so learners drop “mich”, but without it the sentence lacks an object and sounds broken.

Kann ich bei eurem Stammtisch einmal dazukommen?
The modal “kann” opens the question, and the infinitive “dazukommen” closes it. “Bei eurem Stammtisch” is dative after bei; “einmal” here means “once” or “for a change”.
Put the words in order: anmelden / ich / irgendwo / mich / Muss / vorher

Muss ich mich vorher irgendwo anmelden?
“Muss ich” is verb-first for a yes/no question. The reflexive pronoun “mich” follows the subject early, “vorher irgendwo” adds time and place, and “anmelden” comes last.
Write this sentence in German: Other groups may organize it differently.

Andere Gruppen können das durchaus anders organisieren.
“Durchaus” means “quite possibly” or “certainly”, softening a generalisation. “Das” refers back to the arrangement, and the modal “können” sends “organisieren” to the end.
