The idea

Use an official sample to identify the reading, listening, writing and speaking work you need. Complete one task, compare it with the provider's guidance and record one concrete improvement. The phrases here practise expressing opinions, giving reasons and making suggestions. They are original independent examples, not copied test questions or a promise of a particular score.
