The idea
Bug reports use time phrases with nach and beim: nach dem zweiten Klick, beim Speichern. Ordinals take adjective endings: dem zweiten Klick. “Sich wiederholen lassen” means it can be reproduced; “auftreten” (tritt auf) is the standard verb for an error occurring. Denselben combines article and selb-: mit denselben Schritten, dative plural. Teams usually want three parts: steps (Schritte), expected result (erwartetes Ergebnis), actual result (tatsächliches Ergebnis).

“Der Fehler tritt jedes Mal beim zweiten Speichern auf.” – Neutral; auftreten is the standard verb in tickets.

Watch out
“Der Fehler erscheint nach dem zwei Klick auf Speichern.” → “Der Fehler erscheint nach dem zweiten Klick auf Speichern.”: After an article you need the ordinal number, zweit-, with an adjective ending. “Zwei” is the cardinal and cannot stand between dem and a noun.
