The idea

First identify the purpose of the message. On the second pass, listen specifically for different tools for different stages. Negation, contrast words and time expressions can change an earlier detail. Write a short answer to each question before opening the answer. A correct response must match the message; information that sounds plausible but is not stated should stay out of your notes.

Während einer Besprechung schreibe ich lieber auf Papier, weil ich dabei weniger abgelenkt bin. Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass ich alle Informationen dauerhaft in einem Heft lassen möchte. So können die anderen die vereinbarten Punkte finden, ohne meine ganze Mitschrift lesen zu müssen. Für mich ergänzen sich Papier und digitale Ablage, statt einander vollständig zu ersetzen.

Watch out

Do not confuse a mentioned option with the speaker's final instruction. For the first question, the supported answer is: Sie ist damit weniger abgelenkt. Locate its evidence in the message.
