The evening note separates two facts: “Lio hat beide angekündigten Kabel abgegeben” (returned) and “weil der Stecker beschädigt aussieht” (condition unclear), with aussehen marking appearance, not certainty. “Der Kopfhörer ist noch nicht repariert” uses a state passive. Note “wieder vollständig”, which refers only to the count.

Ausgangslage: Eine fiktive Mediengruppe leiht Ausrüstung aus. Drei Aufzeichnungen dokumentieren Ausgabe, Teilrückgabe und Schlusskontrolle. Unterscheide zwischen fehlenden Gegenständen und Gegenständen, deren Zustand noch unklar ist.
Dokument A, Ausgabeliste: „Ausgegeben: zwei Mikrofone, drei lange Kabel, ein kurzes Kabel und ein Kopfhörer. Alle Teile wurden vor der Ausgabe auf Funktion geprüft.“
Dokument B, Rückgabe am Vormittag: „Zurück sind zwei Mikrofone, zwei lange Kabel und der Kopfhörer. Das kurze Kabel und ein langes Kabel bringt Lio am Abend. Beim Kopfhörer ist eine Polsterung locker.“
Dokument C, Abendnotiz: „Lio hat beide angekündigten Kabel abgegeben. Das lange Kabel liegt zur Prüfung separat, weil der Stecker beschädigt aussieht. Der Kopfhörer ist noch nicht repariert. Die Gesamtzahl der ausgegebenen Gegenstände ist wieder vollständig.“
Eine vollständige Stückzahl bedeutet hier nicht, dass jedes Teil wieder einsatzbereit ist. Formuliere eine Zusammenfassung, die Rückgabe und Zustand ausdrücklich auseinanderhält.

Watch out
The likely error is to read “Die Gesamtzahl der ausgegebenen Gegenstände ist wieder vollständig” as “everything is fine”. The task says a complete count “nicht bedeutet, dass jedes Teil wieder einsatzbereit ist”. Note too that the plug only “beschädigt aussieht”: damage is suspected, not confirmed.
