The idea
The draft is tentative: “Rina könnte die Karten bestellen, falls mindestens acht Personen mitkommen” combines Konjunktiv II with a condition. “Alternativ wäre ein gemeinsamer Stadtspaziergang möglich” offers an option. The final summary is factual and in the perfect: “Die Gruppe hat den Museumsbesuch am 21. November beschlossen”. The open point is a passive negation: “Ein Cafébesuch wurde nicht beschlossen”.
Words from the story

Watch out
The easy mistake is to take the private note “Vielleicht danach Café” as part of the plan, or to treat its keywords as decisions. The note “enthält keine Kennzeichnung als Beschluss”. Only Document C is confirmed, and it says the café is open: they will ask about interest spontaneously after the museum.

Retell Three meeting notes in four German sentences: the opening situation, the difficulty, the key observation and the outcome. Then write one plausible alternative ending and mark it clearly as your own invention. Compare your retelling with the text to check that you did not invent details unintentionally.
