The idea

Ordinals take adjective endings: “An der zweiten Tür klopft er”, dative after an. The woman asks politely with Sie and a dative question word: “Von welchem Eingang kommen Sie?” Haben plus zu plus infinitive expresses what someone has available: “Sie hat keinen Tisch abzugeben”. Omar’s reply uses a short participle note typical of text messages: “Tisch abgeholt”.

Watch out

Readers may think the message gave Omar wrong directions. The woman explains that it was written from another starting point: “Der Text beschreibt den Weg vom Eingang an der Straße.” Omar came in from the garden, so his counting started in the wrong place.
