The idea
Die Tagesordnung is the agenda, ein Tagesordnungspunkt (often TOP) one item on it. “Etwas aufnehmen” or “auf die Tagesordnung setzen” means to add it. Sollten (Konjunktiv II of sollen) expresses a confident estimate: “Fünf Minuten sollten … reichen.” Reichen für means to be enough for. Vor plus dative places the item: “vor den letzten Tagesordnungspunkt” uses the accusative because it answers wohin, where to put it.
Other ways to say it
“Könnten wir noch einen Punkt auf die Tagesordnung setzen?” – Polite and neutral; the standard phrase in meetings.
“Ich hätte noch ein Thema für heute.” – Neutral and soft; often said at the start of a meeting.
“Können wir das unter Sonstiges kurz besprechen?” – Neutral; Sonstiges is the any-other-business item.

Watch out
“Fünf Minuten sollte für die Entscheidung reichen.” → “Fünf Minuten sollten für die Entscheidung reichen.”: Fünf Minuten is plural, so the verb must be plural too: sollten. Learners treat the time span as one amount, as English sometimes does with “five minutes is enough”.

Translate into German: Can we also include the unresolved responsibility?
Show answer or example answer
Können wir die offene Zuständigkeit noch aufnehmen?
Können wir makes the request collective. Noch means in addition, and aufnehmen, the separable infinitive, stays whole at the end after the modal.
Put the words in order: die / Entscheidung / Fünf / für / Minuten / reichen / sollten
Show answer or example answer
Fünf Minuten sollten für die Entscheidung reichen.
The plural subject fünf Minuten takes sollten, which here means should probably. Für die Entscheidung is für plus accusative; reichen closes the clause.
Write this sentence in German: Then I will add the item with that objective.
Show answer or example answer
Dann ergänze ich den Punkt mit diesem Ziel.
Dann pushes ergänze before ich. “Mit diesem Ziel” (dative) states the purpose of the item, here making the decision.
