The idea

It frequently mentions Ruhezeiten, such as a night-time rest period and in some buildings a midday rest (Mittagsruhe), during which loud activities should be avoided. The exact times and which activities count differ between buildings, landlords and local regulations, so the notice itself or the landlord or property manager (Hausverwaltung) is the right source. Grammar: “sich beziehen auf” takes the accusative.
