The idea
“Mit etwas übereinstimmen” is separable and takes mit plus dative: “stimmt nicht mit der Übersicht überein”. Nicht stands before the prepositional phrase. Die Differenz is the gap between two amounts; daneben means next to it. “Nach unserem Ablauf” uses nach in the sense of according to. Vermuten means to suspect or guess. Überprüfbar (checkable) is another -bar adjective: facts that others can verify.

Watch out
