The idea
Erkennen an plus dative means to recognise by: woran, daran. A dass-clause after it sends the verb to the end: “dass die Änderung vollständig ist”. Abnahmekriterien are the agreed conditions under which work is accepted; vereinbarte Fälle are agreed test cases. “Ausdrücklich genannt” means explicitly mentioned. Sollten (Konjunktiv II) makes a suggestion polite. Vorab (in advance) and verbindlich (binding) mark decisions that should be settled before work starts.
Other ways to say it
“Wann gilt die Änderung als fertig?” – Short and neutral; gelten als means to count as.
“Gehört die mobile Ansicht zum Umfang?” – Checks one specific item of scope.
“Können wir die Abnahmekriterien schriftlich festhalten?” – Polite request to document the criteria.

Watch out
“Wie erkennen wir, dass die Änderung ist vollständig?” → “Woran erkennen wir, dass die Änderung vollständig ist?”: Two problems: in a dass-clause the verb goes last, and erkennen in this sense uses an, so the question word is woran. “Wie” asks about the method, not the sign.

Show answer or example answer
Woran erkennen wir, dass die Änderung vollständig ist?
“Woran” is the question form of “an etwas”. The dass-clause ends with “ist”, and “vollständig” is the predicate adjective.
Put the words in order: Ansicht / die / ebenfalls / enthalten / Ist / mobile
Show answer or example answer
Ist die mobile Ansicht ebenfalls enthalten?
The verb “Ist” opens this yes/no question. “Ebenfalls” means also, and “enthalten” is a participle used like an adjective: included.
Write this sentence in German: I will add the question for explicit agreement.

Ich ergänze die Frage zur verbindlichen Abstimmung.
Ergänzen means to add. “Zur verbindlichen Abstimmung” is zu + der, dative: the question is added for the binding decision.
