The idea
Gates and bays are named with Tor plus a number and no article: Tor drei, an Tor fünf. “Für etwas vorgesehen sein” expresses a plan; “zugeordnet sein” a fixed assignment. Yes/no questions start with the finite verb: “Ist diese Lieferung …?” The adverb noch marks something still in place but outdated: “steht noch die alte Zuordnung”. When passing on a change, “dabei” attaches an extra request to the same action.
Other ways to say it
“An welchem Tor soll die Lieferung entladen werden?” – Open W-question; neutral when you have no number yet.
“Die Lieferung wurde von Tor drei auf Tor fünf umgeplant.” – Neutral statement of a change; umplanen means to reschedule.
“Bitte fahren Sie an Tor fünf.” – Polite instruction to a driver; direct but standard on site.

- Ist diese Lieferung für Tor drei vorgesehen? Is this delivery scheduled for bay three?

Watch out
“Ist diese Lieferung zu Tor drei vorgesehen?” → “Ist diese Lieferung für Tor drei vorgesehen?”: Vorgesehen sein is followed by für, not zu: something is planned for a place, a person or a purpose. English “assigned to” tempts learners to use zu.

Translate into German: Is this delivery scheduled for bay three?
Show answer or example answer
Ist diese Lieferung für Tor drei vorgesehen?
A yes/no question starts with the finite verb “Ist”. “Diese Lieferung” points to the truck in front of you; “für Tor drei vorgesehen” names the planned bay.
Put the words in order: alte / Auf / die / meiner / Nachricht / noch / steht / Zuordnung
Show answer or example answer
Auf meiner Nachricht steht noch die alte Zuordnung.
The location “Auf meiner Nachricht” comes first, so “steht” is second and the subject “die alte Zuordnung” comes last. “Noch” signals that the message was never updated.
Write this sentence in German: Please also state the delivery number.

Bitte nennen Sie dabei auch die Liefernummer.
A polite Sie imperative softened with “bitte”. “Dabei” means “while doing so”, and “auch” adds the delivery number to what is already being passed on.
