The idea
Unter plus dative is used for names and numbers in records: unter diesem Namen, unter der Nummer. Der Abholauftrag is a pick-up order. Eindeutig means unambiguous. Nämlich adds an explanation after the verb, like “you see”: “Ein Auftrag enthält nämlich zwei getrennte Kartons.” Abgleichen (separable) means to compare two records for consistency.
Other ways to say it
“Haben Sie die Bestellnummer zur Hand?” – Polite; zur Hand haben means to have ready.
“Können Sie mir die Abholbestätigung zeigen?” – Polite; asks for the confirmation email or code.
“Auf den Namen sind zwei Bestellungen da.” – Informal; what you say to a colleague.

Watch out
“Auf diesem Namen finde ich zwei Abholaufträge.” → “Unter diesem Namen finde ich zwei Abholaufträge.”: For finding records, German uses unter einem Namen. Auf einen Namen is used for booking or issuing something in a name, so learners mix the two.
