The idea
German often drops repeated verbs in a contrast: “…, die Aktionsfläche noch nicht.” The modal passive “müssen noch bestückt werden” says what still has to be done without naming who. Bestücken means to stock or fill a display. Der Aufsteller is a display stand. “Bereitliegen” means to be ready to use. Beschriftet means labelled. Die Aktionsfläche is the area for special offers.
Other ways to say it
“Bei der Aktionsfläche fehlen nur noch die unteren Aufsteller.” – Neutral; names the single remaining gap.
“Die Ware dafür steht schon hinten bereit.” – Neutral; bereitstehen for goods ready to use.
“Den Rest schaffst du locker bis zehn.” – Informal and encouraging; locker means easily.
Examples
- Die Preisschilder sind fertig, die Aktionsfläche noch nicht. The price labels are ready; the promotional area is not yet.
- Was fehlt dort für den Aufbau? What is missing for setup there?
- Die beiden unteren Aufsteller müssen noch bestückt werden. The two lower display stands still need stocking.
- Liegen die Artikel schon bereit? Are the items already ready?
- Ja, sie stehen beschriftet hinter der Fläche.Yes, they are labeled behind the area.
- Dann übernehme ich genau diesen restlichen Schritt. Then I will take over that specific remaining step.

Watch out
“Die beiden unteren Aufsteller müssen noch bestückt sein.” → “Die beiden unteren Aufsteller müssen noch bestückt werden.”: For an action still to be done, German uses the process passive with werden. Bestückt sein describes a resulting state and would mean they must already be filled.
