The idea
A main clause starting with the verb plus wir (“Kommen wir …”, “Sprechen wir …”) works like English “let’s” and is common in meetings. “Zurückkommen zu/auf” is separable, so “zurück” goes to the end. “Ursprünglich” means original in the sense of the first one; “sich um etwas kümmern” (darum) means to deal with it.
Other ways to say it
“Zurück zum Thema!” – Short and neutral to casual; can sound abrupt if said sharply.
“Lass uns beim Thema bleiben.” – Casual du form; “lass uns” is the everyday “let’s”.
“Ich würde gern wieder auf die Ausgangsfrage zurückkommen.” – Formal and polite; suits meetings and moderating.

Watch out
“Kommen wir noch einmal zur originalen Frage zurück.” → “Kommen wir noch einmal zur ursprünglichen Frage zurück.”: Original in German usually means authentic or not copied (ein Original, originale Teile). For the question asked at the start, German says ursprünglich or Ausgangsfrage.

Show answer or example answer
Kommen wir noch einmal zur ursprünglichen Frage zurück.
“Kommen wir” with the verb first is the let’s-form. “Zur” is zu + der, dative; “ursprünglichen” has the weak ending; “zurück” closes the sentence.
Put the words in order: darum / Genau / kümmern / sollten / uns / wir / zuerst
Show answer or example answer
Genau, darum sollten wir uns zuerst kümmern.
“Darum” replaces “um diese Frage” with sich kümmern um. “Sollten wir uns” keeps the reflexive after the subject, and “zuerst” sets the priority.
Write this sentence in German: Good; let us talk about the time again.
Show answer or example answer
Gut, sprechen wir wieder über die Uhrzeit.
“Sprechen wir” is again the verb-first let’s-form. “Über die Uhrzeit” is accusative after über, and “wieder” marks the return.
