The idea
“Sich um etwas kümmern” takes um + accusative, replaced by darum when the thing is already known. Ruhig in the imperative signals that the other person need not worry. “Weitergeben” is separable: ich gebe … weiter. Voraussichtlich means probably, as expected. With Sie: “Lassen Sie die Anfrage gern bei mir.”
Other ways to say it
“Überlass das ruhig mir.” – Casual; überlassen takes a dative person.
“Ich kläre das und melde mich bei Ihnen.” – Neutral to formal; promises an answer with Sie.
“Darum kümmere ich mich.” – Neutral and short; darum first stresses the task.

Watch out
“Ich kümmere mich für die Rückfrage.” → “Ich kümmere mich um die Rückfrage.”: English “care for” or “take care of” leads learners to für. Sich kümmern always takes um + accusative.
