The idea
“Weder A noch B” means neither A nor B. When both subjects are singular, the verb is usually singular (passt), though the plural is also accepted. “Passen zu” takes the dative: zu meinem Plan. Wäre (Konjunktiv II) makes your alternative sound like an offer. “Zusagen” means to accept or commit to; keiner/keinen davon means none of them.
Other ways to say it
“Beide Termine passen mir leider nicht.” – Neutral and simple; a softer alternative to weder … noch.
“Keiner der beiden Vorschläge geht bei mir.” – Casual; “geht bei mir” means works for me.
“Leider kann ich weder Montag noch Dienstag zusagen.” – Formal; suits replies to appointment requests.
Examples
- Weder der frühe noch der späte Termin passt zu meinem Plan.Neither the early nor the late appointment fits my schedule.
- Gibt es dazwischen ein mögliches Zeitfenster? Is there a possible time window between them?
- Zwischen elf und dreizehn Uhr wäre ich frei.I would be free between eleven and one.
- Dann suchen wir nach einer dritten Möglichkeit. Then let us look for a third option.
- Die beiden bisherigen Vorschläge kann ich nicht zusagen.I cannot commit to either of the previous suggestions.
- Gut, ich trage noch keinen davon fest ein.Good; I will not firmly enter either yet.

Watch out
“Weder der frühe noch der späte Termin passt nicht.” → “Weder der frühe noch der späte Termin passt.”: Weder … noch is itself negative. Adding nicht creates a double negative that standard German does not allow.

Show answer or example answer
Weder der frühe noch der späte Termin passt zu meinem Plan.
“Weder der frühe noch der späte Termin” is one subject in first position; passt follows. Zu takes the dative.
Put the words in order: dreizehn / elf / frei / ich / Uhr / und / wäre / Zwischen
Show answer or example answer
Zwischen elf und dreizehn Uhr wäre ich frei.
“Zwischen elf und dreizehn Uhr” comes first, so wäre is second. Konjunktiv II makes the window an offer.
Write this sentence in German: Good; I will not firmly enter either yet.
Show answer or example answer
Gut, ich trage noch keinen davon fest ein.
“Fest eintragen” means to enter definitely; eintragen splits: trage … ein. “Noch keinen davon” keeps both open.
