The idea
“Sich erledigt haben” is reflexive and in the perfect: Die Frage hat sich erledigt. A Rückfrage is a follow-up question about something received. With Sie the release reads “Sie brauchen meine Nachricht nicht weiter zu prüfen”; brauchen + nicht + zu replaces “nicht müssen”. Entwarnung, literally an all-clear signal, is used casually for “no need to worry any more”.
Other ways to say it
“Hat sich erledigt, danke!” – Casual; a short chat reply after finding the answer.
“Vergiss meine Frage, ich hab’s gefunden.” – Very casual; for friends or close colleagues.
“Meine Anfrage ist inzwischen gegenstandslos.” – Formal and written; for emails to offices or clients.

- Die Rückfrage hat sich erledigt; ich habe den Hinweis gefunden. The question is resolved; I found the note.

Watch out
“Die Rückfrage ist sich erledigt.” → “Die Rückfrage hat sich erledigt.”: Reflexive verbs always form the perfect with haben. Learners mix in sein because “ist erledigt” also exists, but without sich.
