The idea

“Noch nicht” is the opposite of schon and stands before the part it negates: noch nicht fertig, noch nicht da. Endgültig means final; the Endfassung is the final version, the Entwurf the draft. “Warten auf” takes the accusative: auf meine Bestätigung. Weitergabe is the noun for passing something on. “Offen” describes details that are still undecided.

Other ways to say it

“Das ist noch in Arbeit.” – Neutral; common at work for something being worked on.

“Ich bin damit noch nicht durch.” – Casual; durch sein means to be finished with something.

“Die Liste liegt leider noch nicht in der endgültigen Fassung vor.” – Formal and written; suits emails to clients or authorities.

Watch out

“Die Liste ist nicht fertig noch.” → “Die Liste ist noch nicht fertig.”: English puts “yet” at the end, but German keeps noch nicht together, directly before the adjective it negates.
