The idea
“Schön, dass …” is short for “Es ist schön, dass …”; the dass-clause puts the verb at the end (dabei bist). Runde is a casual word for a regular group or circle. “Willkommen zurück in” takes the dative because it names where the person is now. “Vermissen” takes a direct accusative object: Ich habe die Gespräche vermisst. Einsteigen means to rejoin something already running.
Other ways to say it
“Schön, dich wieder hier zu haben!” – Casual and warm; for friends and regular groups.
“Wie schön, dass Sie wieder da sind.” – Polite Sie version; for a course or committee where people use Sie.
“Da bist du ja wieder!” – Very casual and cheerful; for close friends.

Watch out
“Schön, dass du bist wieder dabei.” → “Schön, dass du wieder dabei bist.”: Dass starts a subordinate clause, so the finite verb bist goes to the very end. Keeping English word order is a very common slip here.
