The idea
Stattfinden (to take place) is the standard verb for lessons, meetings and events: Der Unterricht findet im Gebäude B statt. Im anderen Gebäude is dative for location. Unverändert bleiben means to stay unchanged; the passive wurde … geändert describes the change itself. Trotzdem (nevertheless) in first or middle position shows you check anyway. Eindeutig means unambiguous.
Other ways to say it
“Wo genau ist morgen der Unterricht?” – Short, neutral question about the place only.
“Beginnt der Unterricht morgen zur gewohnten Zeit?” – Checks the start time; zur gewohnten Zeit means at the usual time.

Watch out
“Findet der Unterricht morgen im anderen Gebäude?” → “Findet der Unterricht morgen im anderen Gebäude statt?”: Without statt, finden means to find, so the question would ask whether lessons find the other building. The separable prefix statt must close the sentence.
