The idea
Fahrradabteil (bicycle compartment) is a compound: the last part, Abteil, decides the gender, so it is das Fahrradabteil. “Ganz hinten” means right at the back. “Dafür” in “Muss ich dafür noch einmal aussteigen?” refers back to the whole idea of reaching the compartment; German uses da- plus a preposition for things, not “für das”. On many trains, especially long-distance ones, a separate bicycle ticket or reservation is often needed, so asking staff early is sensible.
Other ways to say it
“Wo ist hier das Fahrradabteil?” – Short and neutral; works when you already know the train has one.
“In welchem Wagen kann ich mein Rad mitnehmen?” – Asks for the carriage; Rad is the everyday short form of Fahrrad.

Watch out
“Muss ich für das noch einmal aussteigen?” → “Muss ich dafür noch einmal aussteigen?”: When a preposition points back to a thing or an idea rather than a person, German merges it with da-: dafür, damit, darauf. “Für das” sounds clumsy and unnatural here.
Try it yourself
Translate into German: Where may I put my bicycle?
Show answer or example answer
Wo darf ich mein Fahrrad abstellen?
“Darf” asks for permission, and the separable infinitive “abstellen” goes to the end because a modal verb takes the second position.
Put the words in order: aussteigen / dafür / einmal / ich / Muss / noch
Show answer or example answer
Muss ich dafür noch einmal aussteigen?
A yes/no question starts with the modal “Muss”; “dafür” replaces “for getting there”, and “aussteigen” closes the sentence as the infinitive.
Write this sentence in German: Please ask the colleague in the compartment.
Show answer or example answer
Bitte fragen Sie die Kollegin im Abteil.
A polite Sie-imperative: the verb “fragen” comes first, then “Sie”. “Im Abteil” is in + dem, dative for a location.
