The idea
Unterstützen takes an accusative person and bei plus dative for the area: das Team bei der Dokumentation unterstützen. Der Ansprechpartner / die Ansprechpartnerin is the contact person. “Die Einarbeitung begleiten” means to guide someone’s induction. Selbstständig means independently. “Sich mit jemandem abstimmen” means to coordinate. Introducing yourself with your surname and role is common in German teams; first names may follow once colleagues offer du.

“Ich bin neu hier und helfe vorerst bei der Dokumentation.” – Friendly and simple; vorerst means for now.
“Mein Name ist Ana Costa, ich bin die neue Praktikantin.” – Standard opening with name and role.
“Bei Fragen zur Ablage können Sie gern zu mir kommen.” – Offers help in your own area.

Watch out
“Ich unterstütze diese Woche dem Team bei der Dokumentation.” → “Ich unterstütze diese Woche das Team bei der Dokumentation.”: Unterstützen takes a direct accusative object, unlike helfen, which takes the dative. Learners copy “dem Team helfen” and use the dative with unterstützen too.
