The idea
Focus words such as besonders, vor allem and nur tell the reader where to concentrate; they stand right before the part they highlight. “Die Reihenfolge meiner Argumente” uses the genitive plural meiner to show whose arguments. Erst im nächsten Schritt means not before the next step. “Sich konzentrieren auf” takes the accusative: auf die Struktur. Jeweils in “Ich ergänze dazu jeweils einen kurzen Hinweis” means one for each.
Other ways to say it
“Mich interessiert vor allem, ob der Aufbau logisch ist.” – Neutral; states the focus as your interest.
“Die Rechtschreibung kannst du erst mal ignorieren.” – Informal; tells the reader what to skip.
“Würden Sie bitte vor allem auf die Argumentation achten?” – Formal with Sie; suits a supervisor or lecturer.
Examples
- Könntest du besonders die Reihenfolge meiner Argumente prüfen?Could you especially check the order of my arguments?

- Dann konzentriere ich mich auf die Struktur. Then I will focus on the structure.

Watch out
“Könntest du besonders die Reihenfolge von meine Argumente prüfen?” → “Könntest du besonders die Reihenfolge meiner Argumente prüfen?”: Von needs the dative (von meinen Argumenten), so “von meine” is wrong in any case. In written work German prefers the genitive here: meiner Argumente.
