The idea
Zum + capitalised infinitive expresses purpose: zum Übersetzen (for translating), zum Lesen. Die Begleitperson is the neutral word for someone who accompanies you. Mitbringen is separable; with kann the infinitive stays whole at the end. Die Anmeldung means both registration and the reception desk in a practice. “Bitte klären Sie das bei der Anmeldung” uses bei for asking at a place or with people.
Other ways to say it
“Darf eine Freundin zum Termin mitkommen und für mich übersetzen?” – Neutral; names who comes and what they will do.
“Gibt es bei Ihnen die Möglichkeit, einen Dolmetscher hinzuzuziehen?” – Formal question about a professional interpreter; availability varies.

Watch out
“Kann ich eine Begleitperson zum übersetzen mitbringen?” → “Kann ich eine Begleitperson zum Übersetzen mitbringen?”: After zum (zu dem) the infinitive becomes a noun, and German capitalises all nouns, so Übersetzen needs a capital Ü.
