The idea
“Erst” before a time means not until: “erst nachmittags”, “erst ab drei”. “Passen” takes a dative person: “Passt Ihnen das?” Anrufen is separable: “Rufen Sie mich vorher an.” “Unter welcher Nummer” is the standard way to ask for a phone number (unter plus dative). Bestätigen takes a dative person and accusative thing: “Wir bestätigen Ihnen dieses Zeitfenster.” The formal Sie-register is normal with tradespeople.
Other ways to say it
“Vormittags arbeite ich, ab 14 Uhr bin ich zu Hause.” – Gives the reason and the exact start time in one go.
“Wäre auch ein Termin am Samstag möglich?” – Polite Konjunktiv II for asking about another day.

Watch out
“Passt es Sie zwischen zwei und vier?” → “Passt es Ihnen zwischen zwei und vier?”: Passen in the sense of to suit takes a dative person. The formal dative pronoun is Ihnen, not Sie.
Try it yourself
Translate into German: I will only be there in the afternoon for the inspection.
Show answer or example answer
Für die Besichtigung bin ich erst nachmittags da.
“Für die Besichtigung” opens the sentence, so “bin” is second; “erst nachmittags” limits the time and “da” means at home.
Put the words in order: an / bitte / Ja / kurz / rufen / Sie / vorher
Show answer or example answer
Ja, bitte rufen Sie kurz vorher an.
“Bitte” softens the Sie-imperative; “rufen Sie … an” splits the separable verb, and “kurz vorher” sits in the middle.
Write this sentence in German: Then we will confirm this time window for you.
Show answer or example answer
Dann bestätigen wir Ihnen dieses Zeitfenster.
“Dann” opens the clause; “bestätigen” takes the dative “Ihnen” and the accusative “dieses Zeitfenster”.
