The idea
Das Gepäck has no plural; for single items say die Koffer or die Taschen. Bis zu + dative marks an end point: bis zur Anreisezeit. Kennzeichnen means to label. Die Aufbewahrung is storage. Abstimmen mit + dative (to arrange with) and abholen are separable: Stimmen Sie die Abholung mit ihr ab. Ob introduces an indirect yes/no question with the verb last.
Other ways to say it
“Können wir unsere Koffer schon hier lassen?” – Simple, common question at the front desk.
“Haben Sie eine Gepäckaufbewahrung?” – Asks whether the hotel offers luggage storage at all.
Examples
- Gibt es einen Platz für unser Gepäck bis zur Anreisezeit? Is there somewhere for our luggage until check-in time?

Watch out
“Gibt es einen Platz für unsere Gepäcke bis zur Anreisezeit?” → “Gibt es einen Platz für unser Gepäck bis zur Anreisezeit?”: Gepäck is uncountable and neuter, like English luggage. It has no plural, so the possessive is unser. To count pieces, use Koffer or Gepäckstücke.
