The idea
Kann + passive infinitive (gereinigt werden) is the modal passive. Erst before a time means not before: erst später, erst um zwölf. Voraussichtlich (probably, expected) is the usual word for a planned estimate. Sich einplanen lassen means can be fitted into the schedule. Hinausgehen is separable. Bescheid geben means to let someone know.
Other ways to say it
“Bitte reinigen Sie unser Zimmer heute erst nach zwölf.” – A direct request with a clear time.
“Heute brauchen wir keine Zimmerreinigung, danke.” – Declines cleaning for the day altogether.

Watch out
“Kann das Zimmer heute nur später gereinigt werden?” → “Kann das Zimmer heute erst später gereinigt werden?”: With times, erst means not before; nur means only and would suggest the room can be cleaned at no other time. English “only later” misleads here.
