The idea
“Fehlen” means to be missing; the missing thing is the subject: “Mein Name fehlt.” Ohne takes the accusative, and der Vorname belongs to the weak n-declension, so it becomes den Vornamen: “ohne Vornamen”. “Dieselbe Schreibweise” means exactly the same spelling; derselbe/dieselbe/dasselbe is written as one word. Klingelschild and Briefkastenschild are compounds whose gender comes from Schild (das).
Other ways to say it
“Könnten Sie meinen Namen an der Klingel ergänzen?” – Polite request with Konjunktiv II; ergänzen means to add.
“Darf ich selbst ein Schild an den Briefkasten kleben?” – Asks permission to do it yourself; rules differ by building.

Watch out
“Bitte schreiben Sie Aydin ohne Vorname.” → “Bitte schreiben Sie Aydin ohne Vornamen.”: Der Vorname is a weak noun: in every case except the nominative singular it adds -n. After ohne, which takes the accusative, it is Vornamen.

Show answer or example answer
Mein Name fehlt noch auf dem Klingelschild.
“Mein Name” is the subject of “fehlt”; “noch” means still, and “auf dem Klingelschild” is dative for the location.
Put the words in order: Aydin / Bitte / ohne / schreiben / Sie / Vornamen
Show answer or example answer
Bitte schreiben Sie Aydin ohne Vornamen.
A polite Sie-imperative; the name “Aydin” is the object, and “ohne Vornamen” is accusative with the weak-noun ending -n.
Write this sentence in German: I will send you the spelling again.
Show answer or example answer
Ich schicke Ihnen die Schreibweise noch einmal.
“Schicken” takes the dative “Ihnen” and the accusative “die Schreibweise”; “noch einmal” means once more.
