The idea
Languages after speaking or understanding take auf without an article: auf Türkisch, auf Deutsch. Sprachlich is an adverb here: support with language. Beim is bei dem, a time-and-place marker for an event. Sich erkundigen nach (to enquire about) is reflexive. Rückmeldung geben means to give feedback or a reply. Entsprechend at the end means accordingly.
Other ways to say it
“Wäre beim Gespräch eine Dolmetscherin möglich?” – Asks directly for an interpreter; wäre keeps it polite.
“Darf ich eine Person zum Übersetzen mitbringen?” – Offers your own solution and asks for permission.

Watch out
“Ich verstehe längere Erklärungen besser in Türkisch.” → “Ich verstehe längere Erklärungen besser auf Türkisch.”: German names the language you speak or understand with auf: auf Türkisch, auf Englisch. In Türkisch copies English “in Turkish” and sounds wrong in this sentence.
