The idea
Der Eingang has two meanings: entrance and receipt of post or documents. Den Eingang bestätigen is the fixed phrase for confirming receipt. Meiner Unterlagen is genitive plural. Die Unterlagen (documents, papers) is almost always plural. Über + accusative names the channel: über das Portal. Der Vorgang is an office’s word for a case or file.

Watch out
“Können Sie den Eintritt meiner Unterlagen bestätigen?” → “Können Sie den Eingang meiner Unterlagen bestätigen?”: Der Eintritt is entry for people, such as an admission fee or joining a club. Documents that arrive at an office are covered by der Eingang.
