The idea

Kein- negates a noun with an indefinite or no article and takes the noun’s ending: keinen Termin (der Termin, accusative). Das Anliegen is the standard word in offices. Eine Auswahl treffen means to make a selection. Möglicherweise (possibly) signals doubt about your own choice. Bevor introduces a time clause with the verb last.

Watch out

“Online finde ich für mein Anliegen keine Termin.” → “Online finde ich für mein Anliegen keinen Termin.”: Termin is masculine. As the object of finden it is accusative, so kein needs the ending -en: keinen Termin.
