The idea
Kaum (hardly) negates on its own, so it never combines with nicht. Adjectives in -bar mean able to be done: lesbar (readable), sichtbar (visible). “Erkennen” here means to make out. “Sich zuordnen lassen” means can be matched: “welche Informationen sich zuordnen lassen”, with the verb at the end of the indirect question. Ungefähr means approximate.

Watch out
“Die Schrift ist kaum nicht lesbar.” → “Die Schrift ist kaum lesbar.”: Kaum already means almost not. Adding nicht creates a double negative that German does not allow here.
