The idea
Bahnsteig is the platform you stand on; Gleis is the track number used in announcements, so “Gleis vier” is what you will hear. Location prepositions such as hinter and neben take the dative for where something is (“hinter der Bäckerei”), while durch always takes the accusative (“durch die Unterführung”). Folgen takes a dative object: “Folgen Sie den Aufzugschildern”, with the dative plural ending -n.
Other ways to say it
“Gibt es hier einen Aufzug zu Gleis vier?” – Direct question when you already know your platform number.
“Ich brauche einen barrierefreien Weg zum Zug.” – Barrierefrei is the standard term for step-free and accessible.

Watch out
“Folgen Sie dort die Aufzugschilder.” → “Folgen Sie dort den Aufzugschildern.”: Folgen is one of the verbs with a dative object. In the dative plural the article becomes den and the noun usually adds -n.
