The idea
An informal group invitation needs no Betreff-style opening; a greeting such as “Hallo zusammen” is enough. State the plan with “Ich möchte … organisieren”, then the details. For several friends, use ihr: the imperative drops the pronoun (“bringt”, “schreibt”), and the possessive is “eure”. “Vorschlagen” is separable, so “schlage … vor” frames the place. End with what happens after the replies, such as a confirmation, and sign with a casual “Viele Grüße” or just your name.
Other ways to say it
“Hat jemand Lust, am Mittwoch zusammen zu lernen?” – Casual and open; good for a class chat group.
“Wer am Mittwoch mitlernen möchte, ist herzlich eingeladen.” – Friendly and slightly more formal; works on a notice board too.

Watch out
“Bitte bringen eure Notizen mit.” → “Bitte bringt eure Notizen mit.”: Learners often take the infinitive or the Sie form. When you address several friends with ihr, the imperative ends in -t: bringt, schreibt, kommt.

Ich möchte am Mittwoch eine kleine Lerngruppe organisieren.
“Möchte” is the polite modal in second position; the infinitive “organisieren” goes to the end, and the time “am Mittwoch” sits in the middle.

Bitte bringt eure Notizen und zwei eigene Fragen mit.
“Bringt … mit” is the ihr imperative of the separable verb mitbringen: the stem with -t comes first, and the prefix “mit” closes the sentence.
Write this sentence in German: Afterwards I will confirm the group and the exact time.

Danach bestätige ich die Gruppe und die genaue Uhrzeit.
“Danach” opens the sentence, so the verb “bestätige” comes second and “ich” follows; the sentence tells everyone what the organiser does next.
