The idea
Write formally with Sie and include the booking date or number. Start with the need (“benötigen wir den genauen Treffpunkt”), then explain what is missing. “Zu + adjective” means too: “zu allgemein”. Ask for concrete reference points with “Bitte nennen Sie …”. Konjunktiv II softens a suggestion: “Eine kurze Wegbeschreibung würde die Ankunft erleichtern.” Close by saying what you will do with the answer.
Other ways to say it
“Wo genau am Bahnhof treffen wir uns?” – Neutral and direct; “genau” asks for precision.
“Woran erkennen wir die Gästeführerin?” – Practical; asks how to recognise the guide, e.g. by an umbrella or sign.

Watch out
“Die Angabe am Bahnhof ist für uns noch sehr allgemein.” → “Die Angabe am Bahnhof ist für uns noch zu allgemein.”: Sehr only means very; zu means too much for a purpose. To say the information is not enough, German needs zu.
