The idea
Write formally with Sie. Start by naming the purpose (“Vor meinem Termin möchte ich den Zugang klären”), then the need in one plain sentence. Ask for specific information with “Bitte teilen Sie mir … mit” and “nennen Sie bitte …”. “Dessen Standort” is a genitive relative pronoun meaning “its location” and refers to der Aufzug. Close with why you ask: “So kann ich meine Ankunft entsprechend planen.”
Other ways to say it
“Ist das Gebäude barrierefrei zugänglich?” – Neutral, standard question; “barrierefrei” is the usual term.
“Ich bin auf einen stufenlosen Zugang angewiesen.” – Formal and clear; “angewiesen auf” means to depend on.

Watch out
“Bitte teilen Sie mich den vorgesehenen Eingang mit.” → “Bitte teilen Sie mir den vorgesehenen Eingang mit.”: Mitteilen takes the person in the dative (mir) and the information in the accusative. Learners often use mich, as with informieren.
