The idea
Write with Sie. Make the documents the subject (“Ihre beiden Nachrichten nennen …”) to stay neutral. Contrast with “in der ersten …, in der zweiten …”, using ordinal numbers with the article. Ask with “Bitte bestätigen Sie mir, welcher Ort aktuell gilt”: the indirect question puts “gilt” at the end. Add what you know is unchanged and a condition (“Falls auch …”). Close with how you will act: “Ich richte meine Anfahrt nach …”.
Other ways to say it
“Treffen wir uns nun am Haupteingang oder im Innenhof?” – Neutral direct question; “nun” signals a final decision.
“Mir ist ein Widerspruch beim Treffpunkt aufgefallen.” – Formal and gentle way to raise the issue.

Watch out
“Bitte bestätigen Sie mir, welcher Ort gilt aktuell.” → “Bitte bestätigen Sie mir, welcher Ort aktuell gilt.”: After a question word in an indirect question, the conjugated verb goes to the end of the clause.
