The idea
Write formally with Sie, a Betreff with the booking number and “Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren”. Describe the discrepancy neutrally (“ein abweichendes Anreisedatum”) without blaming. The contrast “Gewünscht war …, eingetragen ist …” uses passive-like participles to avoid saying who made the error. Dates as ordinal numbers take the article: “der achtzehnte”. Ask with “Bitte prüfen Sie, ob …” and close with a request for written confirmation.

Watch out
“Die Dauer des Aufenthalts soll gleich sein bleiben.” → “Die Dauer des Aufenthalts soll gleich bleiben.”: Bleiben already means “to stay, remain”; it does not need sein. With the modal sollen only the infinitive bleiben goes to the end.
