The idea
A correction uses ihr for the group and the perfect tense for your mistake (“habe … vertauscht”). “Richtig ist …, nicht …” is a compact pattern for setting the record straight. Repeat what stays the same (“bleiben unverändert”) so nobody doubts the rest. Ask people to use the new detail with the ihr imperative, and apologise lightly: “Entschuldigt bitte die Verwirrung.” The noun “Zahlendreher” is everyday German for transposed digits.
Other ways to say it
“Korrektur: Es ist die Nummer 24, nicht 42!” – Casual, fast and easy to spot in a chat.
“Sorry, ich habe mich bei der Hausnummer vertippt.” – Casual; “sich vertippen” means to make a typo.

Watch out
“Die Straße und die Uhrzeit bleibt unverändert.” → “Die Straße und die Uhrzeit bleiben unverändert.”: Two singular nouns joined by und form a plural subject, so the verb must be plural: bleiben, not bleibt. Learners often match the verb to the nearest noun only.
