The idea
Tandem partners usually say du. A proposal uses Konjunktiv II for openness: “würde ich gern”, “wir könnten”. “Mich interessiert besonders …” puts the person in the accusative and the topic as subject. Requests to the partner use the du imperative: “Bitte korrigiere …”. A relative clause specifies which mistakes: “Fehler, die das Verständnis erschweren”, verb at the end. End with a question that checks the plan: “Passt dir diese Aufteilung?”
Other ways to say it
“Hast du Lust, nächstes Mal Gespräche beim Arzt zu üben?” – Casual invitation with a concrete situation.
“Ich hätte einen Themenvorschlag für unser nächstes Treffen.” – Polite opener with Konjunktiv II before the actual idea.

Watch out
“Ich interessiere besonders das Nachfragen.” → “Mich interessiert besonders das Nachfragen.”: Interessieren without sich means “to interest”: the topic is the subject and the person is accusative. Alternatively: “Ich interessiere mich besonders für das Nachfragen.”

Für unser nächstes Sprachtandem würde ich gern Alltagssituationen üben.
“Würde … gern üben” is Konjunktiv II plus gern for a polite wish. The opening phrase pushes “würde” into second place before “ich”.
Put the words in order: abwechselnd / könnten / kurze / Rollenspiele / vorbereiten / Wir

Wir könnten abwechselnd kurze Rollenspiele vorbereiten.
“Könnten” (Konjunktiv II of können) turns the plan into a suggestion. “Abwechselnd” means taking turns, and “vorbereiten” stays at the end.
