The idea
Result, detail, exceptions, location, check, closure. The state passive (ist abgeschlossen) presents the task as finished. Übertragen in + accusative describes moving content into another version. Weiterhin gesondert markiert makes clear that unconfirmed data was not silently mixed in. The closing “aus meiner Sicht” is polite: it declares the step done but leaves the door open. Andernfalls (otherwise) links the closure to the check request before it.

Watch out
“Ich habe die Änderungen in der freigegebenen Fassung übertragen.” → “Ich habe die Änderungen in die freigegebene Fassung übertragen.”: Übertragen describes movement into something, so in takes the accusative (wohin?). The dative (wo?) would mean the changes were transferred while inside the file.
