The idea
Deadline, purpose, format, reason, fallback. Time phrases follow fixed patterns: bis Dienstag (by Tuesday), um zwölf Uhr (at twelve), so bis Dienstag um zwölf Uhr. Einwände are objections; asking for them directly invites honest criticism. Jeweils means “in each case”. Explaining why vague feedback is a problem keeps the request friendly. Bescheid sagen (to let someone know) is the everyday phrase for advance notice, and “eine Frist einhalten” means to meet a deadline.
Other ways to say it
“Gebt mir bitte bis Dienstagmittag eure Anmerkungen zum Ablaufplan.” – Informal and direct; Anmerkungen are comments or notes.
“Ich bitte Sie um Ihre Rückmeldung bis spätestens Dienstag, 12 Uhr.” – Formal Sie version; spätestens makes the deadline firm.

Allgemeine Rückmeldungen ohne Bezug kann ich nur schwer einarbeiten.
Falls ihr die Frist nicht einhalten könnt, sagt vorher Bescheid.

Watch out
“Bitte prüft den Ablaufplan bis Dienstag zu zwölf Uhr.” → “Bitte prüft den Ablaufplan bis Dienstag um zwölf Uhr.”: Clock times always take um: um zwölf Uhr. Learners mix in zu from “bis zu” or from English “at”, but zu is never used for a clock time.

Show answer or example answer
Bitte prüft den angehängten Ablaufplan bis Dienstag um zwölf Uhr.
“Prüft” is the ihr imperative; “bitte” opens the sentence politely. “Den angehängten Ablaufplan” is accusative masculine, and “bis Dienstag um zwölf Uhr” combines a day and a clock time.
Put the words in order: betroffene / bitte / die / Dokument / im / jeweils / Markiert / Stelle

Markiert bitte jeweils die betroffene Stelle im Dokument.
“Markiert” is another ihr imperative, with “bitte” after it. “Jeweils” means for each objection separately, and “im Dokument” uses in + dative for location.

Dann klären wir eine passende weitere Vorgehensweise.
“Dann” links back to the case of a missed deadline and pulls “klären” into second place. “Eine passende weitere Vorgehensweise” stacks two adjectives with -e after eine.
