The idea
Anbei (attached) is the standard word for attachments; the sentence keeps the verb in second place after it. Narrow the scope with zunächst nur and postpone the rest with “folgt in einem zweiten Schritt”. Describe helpful feedback concretely (“Hinweise auf unklare Übergänge”), set a collection deadline (bis Donnerstagmittag) and announce the next step. Use ihr with a du team; in a Sie team write “Anbei finden Sie”. This structure prevents twenty comments on commas when you need comments on logic.

Watch out
“Anbei ihr findet den Entwurf für die neue Einleitung.” → “Anbei findet ihr den Entwurf für die neue Einleitung.”: Anbei is an adverb in first position, so the verb must come second and the subject third. English “Attached you will find” puts the subject first, which German does not allow here.
