The idea
The ihr imperative is the verb stem plus -t, without the pronoun: lest, notiert, bringt. Note the stem change: du liest, but ihr lest. Je means “each” or “one per item” (je eine Frage). Keep each instruction in its own short sentence and limit the effort explicitly (“ist diesmal noch nicht nötig”). The final So-sentence gives the reason, which makes the request feel fair. In a Sie team, write “Lesen Sie bitte …”.
Other ways to say it
– Casual; sich etwas anschauen is everyday office language.
– Formal Sie version with a zu-infinitive.
Read the text

Watch out
The ihr form keeps the stem: ihr lest, so the imperative is lest. Liest is not an imperative form.

“Bitten um” takes the accusative, here “um kurze Vorbereitung” without an article.

“Notiert” is the ihr imperative. “Je” distributes: one question and one suggestion for each section. Both objects are accusative: “eine offene Frage”, “einen konkreten Vorschlag”.
Write this sentence in German: That lets us focus our time together on the decision.

“So” at the start means “in this way” and links back to the preparation steps.
