The idea
Observation (wurden … angezeigt), evidence (in der Anlage aufgelistet), open question (Ob …, ist noch nicht geklärt), limit (Bisher kann ich nur … bestätigen), request, follow-up. The process passive with wurden describes what the system did without naming a culprit. An ob-clause can be the subject of a sentence; it then comes first, followed by a comma and the verb. Angezeigt (displayed) versus vorliegen (exist) is the crucial difference in this message. The tone stays formal with Sie.
Other ways to say it
“Mir ist aufgefallen, dass drei Einträge zweimal erscheinen.” – Neutral and personal; auffallen takes the person in the dative.
“Ich vermute einen Anzeigefehler, kann das aber noch nicht belegen.” – Marks a hypothesis openly as a hypothesis.

Watch out
“Wenn die Daten selbst doppelt vorliegen, ist noch nicht geklärt.” → “Ob die Daten selbst doppelt vorliegen, ist noch nicht geklärt.”: English “if” can mean “whether”, but German wenn only means “if/when” as a condition. An open yes/no question in a subordinate clause always needs ob.

Bei der heutigen Prüfung wurden drei Einträge doppelt angezeigt.
“Wurden … angezeigt” is the process passive in the Präteritum, describing what happened on screen. “Doppelt” is an adverb here, so it has no ending.
Put the words in order: Daten / die / doppelt / geklärt / ist / nicht / noch / Ob / selbst / vorliegen
Show answer or example answer
Ob die Daten selbst doppelt vorliegen, ist noch nicht geklärt.
The whole ob-clause acts as the subject and fills the first position, so the verb “ist” follows immediately after the comma. “Selbst” stresses the underlying data, as opposed to the display.
Write this sentence in German: After the result, I will add the confirmed information to the report.

Nach dem Ergebnis ergänze ich den Bericht um die bestätigten Angaben.
“Ergänzen um” means to add something to a text: you supplement the report by the confirmed details. “Nach dem Ergebnis” means once the result is in.
