Use も to build and understand simple Japanese sentences. After a noun, も adds it to something already mentioned: the speaker is going too.

The idea

After a noun, も adds it to something already mentioned: the speaker is going too. When the object is included as well, も usually replaces を; water is also being drunk. With 誰 and a negative verb, 誰も means “nobody”; the negative verb is necessary.
