The idea
Use いくら for a price and いつから for the earliest starting time. The て-form plus もいいですか asks permission; できますか asks whether something is possible.
Examples
- この部屋の家賃はいくらですか。How much is the rent for this room?
- 管理費は家賃に含まれていますか。Is the management fee included in the rent?
- 駅まで歩いてどのくらいかかりますか。How long does it take to walk to the station?
- ペットを飼ってもいいですか。May I keep a pet?
- 洗濯機はどこに置けますか。Where can I put the washing machine?
- いつから入居できますか。When can I move in?
