Ask about preferences and say what you like or do not like.

The idea

好き is an adjective; カレーが好きです uses が to mark what is liked. あまり with the negative 好きじゃありません softens the statement to “do not like very much”. の turns the action 聞く into the thing liked: 音楽を聞くのが好きです.

Watch out

好き is not a verb meaning “to like”, so do not put を immediately before it. A mild negative can be more tactful than 嫌い.
